We really like this product.It provides valuable insights to our customers with adaptable widgets and reporting filtering. It allows our customers to self serve and removes the overhead of manually generating reporting snapshots for multiple customers which we used to do. Highly recommended. This plugin is a must-have to provide statistics to clients on their requests. It allows them to download the report with a time span of their choosing. The customers are able to produce and analyse their own reports as well as being informed as to what has been resolved for other customers.
