Highly recommended. This plugin is a must-have to provide statistics to clients on their requests. It allows them to download the report with a time span of their choosing. We are happy to provide this self-service feature to our client and salute the team for their excellent support. Your clients will be able to choose a time span and view statistics about it and if necessary download the report.
The customers are able to produce and analyse their own reports as well as being informed as to what has been resolved for other customers. The widgets and views are basic but functional and quickly learned.The support, I have found, has been exceptional; sometimes with resolutions being implemented overnight.I would recommend the Charts and Reports for JIRA ServiceDesk by View26 very highly.
