How quickly do you respond?

What does a discovery session look like?
Thirty minutes with a senior specialist. We review your Atlassian environment in advance and come with questions. You leave with either a concrete next step or an honest "we’re not the right fit" answer.
Do you work with non-Atlassian ITSM platforms?
Yes. Our Strategy & Roadmap engagement is platform-agnostic — ServiceNow, BMC, Freshservice, or Atlassian. If the recommendation is to stay off Atlassian, that’s the recommendation.
How do you handle NDAs and confidentiality?
NDA signed before any discovery. view26 GmbH is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 Type II audited. Engagement artefacts are stored under those controls.
